TNTP (The New Teacher Project)

The mission of The New Teacher Project is to end the injustice of educational inequality by providing excellent teachers to the students who need them most and by advancing policies and practices that ensure effective teaching in every classroom. Each program has specific eligibility requirements.

The Toshizo Watanabe Study Abroad Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students for a semester or year-long study abroad program in Japan.

Travelers Summer Research Fellowship

The Travelers Summer Research Fellowship Program is designed to give 25 premedical students meaningful insights into the field of medicine, with a focus on conditions that greatly affect the health of traditionally underserved populations. By engaging in laboratory or clinical research, under the supervision of a faculty member, the TSRF participants learns how to investigate a specific research question.

Tylenol Scholarship Program

The Tylenol Future Care Scholarship Program helps students who are pursuing degrees in healthcare. Winners will receive awards up to $10,000 to offset the cost of tuition.

U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science Graduate Fellowship

The DOE Office of Science supports outstanding students to pursue graduate training in basic research areas of physics, biology, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, computational sciences, and environmental sciences relevant to the Office of Science. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and enrolled in a qualifying graduate program in the sciences.

University of Nebraska Medical Center Summer Undergraduate Research Program

The Summer Undergraduate Research Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center provides summer opportunities for undergraduate students to become members of research teams and discover first-hand the broad spectrum of research activities occurring at UNMC.

Urban Fellows Program of New York City

The Urban Fellows Program is a highly selective, nine-month fellowship which combines work in Mayoral offices and City agencies with volunteer service opportunities and a seminar series that explores current urban issues impacting public policy.

US-UK Fulbright Summer Institutes

The US-UK Fulbright Commission offers Summer Institutes for US undergraduates (with at least two years of undergraduate study left) to study in the United Kingdom during the summer. Programs range from four to six weeks and allow students to experience an academic program at a university in the United Kingdom.
