USDA-NIFA Research and Extension Experiential Learning for Undergraduate Fellowships

The United States Department of Agriculture and National Institute of Food and Agriculture Research and Extension Experiential Learning for Undergraduates program provides research sites for undergraduate students interested in agriculture and food research.

VCU Postbaccalaureate Research Program

The Virginia Commonwealth University Postbaccalaureate Research Education Program (VCU PREP) is a one-year biomedical research training program for recent college graduates in groups that are underrepresented in the biomedical sciences. The program is designed for those with the goal of completing a PhD in the biomedical sciences and provides scholars with a year-long, paid, mentored research experience and the opportunity to develop technical and critical-thinking skills.

William D. Clarke Sr. Diplomatic Security Fellowship

Funded by the U.S. Department of State, the Clarke DS Fellowship is a two-year graduate fellowship program designed for individuals who want to pursue a master’s degree and a career as a Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) Special Agent in the Foreign Service. DSS Special Agents are sworn federal law enforcement officers.
