Electrical engineering senior Steven Poore was awarded a 2023 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. With his fellowship, Steven will pursue a Ph.D. in electrical engineering at UK, focusing on electric power engineering.

“I want to directly contribute to the advancement of renewable energy and electric power systems for a more sustainable environment,” he said.
