Victims of Pan Am Flight 103 Legacy Awards

The VPAF 103 Legacy Award of Victims of Pan Am Flight 103, Inc. was established to support students pursuing advanced degrees in areas of study related to improved national security and terrorism prevention. Two scholarships are awarded each year.

The Legacy Awards were established to remember the 270 lives lost in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 on December 21, 1988.
