Gretchen Ruschman to Participate in Research Internship in Germany

Junior Gretchen Ruschman will participate this summer in the Research Internships in Science and Engineering (RISE) program through the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst – DAAD).



Gretchen will be located at the Universität zu Lübeck in Lübeck, Germany. The aim of her research project is to characterize inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) relevant bacteria and gain insight into influencing factors for the course of the disease on the bacterial side.
