Horseshoe Farm Community Health Fellowship

Project Horseshoe Farm is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with sites in Greensboro and Marion, Alabama and in Pomona, California. The fellowship is a unique community-based "gap year" opportunity for those interested in healthcare or other community-based services.
